Surcharges & additional fees

Staff call out surcharges apply to after hours check-ins not arranged with us in advance. Check out is to be completed by 10am, Check out is to be completed by 10am or an additional fee will be charged.
Late checkout may be possible for a small charge and only by arrangement in advance.

Pricing is occupancy based and all adults and children must be declared when booking. If you arrive with more people that are declared on the booking confirmation we can amend the booking up to the room maximum occupancy. There is a charge for extra people and a surcharge for altering the booking. To avoid this surcharge please ensure the total number of your group is declared when booking. If un-declared guests are found staying in the unit this constitutes a breach of the terms and conditions of stay and the booking will be immediately terminated with no refund.

By booking you agree to these terms and conditions and accept responsibility for and agree to pay for any damages, additional cleaning costs including dishes, unpaid extras or other surcharges incurred by yourself, your pet or your group during your stay. By accepting these terms and conditions you authorize the debit of the credit card provided at the time of booking to recover any outstanding charges.

Payment Policy

No deposit is required, however we do require valid credit card details to confirm the booking.
Payment is obtained from your credit card 48hrs prior to arrival so please ensure your credit card is valid, as your booking maybe cancelled.

We accept Eftpos, Visa, Mastercard and cash. Chargeback by prior arrangement only.

Cancellation Policy

If a reservation is cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival (2pm check-in), no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first accommodation night will be charged.
